After completing your purchase, go to your Dashboard and navigate to Downloads. All purchased workflows are available there. Click the download button next to any workflow to get the file.

n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool. You can run it on your own server (self-hosted) or use n8n.io cloud. Our workflow JSON files are compatible with both. See n8n's docs for setup instructions.

In n8n, click the menu → Import from File and select the downloaded JSON file. The workflow will load instantly. You may need to configure your own credentials (API keys, etc.) for the connected services.

Yes. Once downloaded, you can use the workflow JSON file on as many n8n instances as you need under your own account. You may not resell or redistribute the files.

We offer a 7-day refund for subscription plans if you haven't downloaded more than 2 workflows. For detailed terms, see our Refund Policy. Contact us with your order number to request a refund.

Go to your Dashboard → Subscription section. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan there. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
